Check with a doctor on this but I think you should treat and if she's late-onset, as long as she's not really over-suppressed (taking way too much medication so that her adrenals are totally knocked out) she would be very unlikely to have a crises. She must have some adrenal function or she would have been diagnosed a long time ago.
