I was just recently diagnosed with CAH and hadn't been in a relationship for 2 1/2 years. I finally found the man of my dreams and am having so much vaginal dryness that sex hasn't been as enjoyable as it should. I do believe this has to do with my CAH because I was in a 8yr relationship that I didn't have these problems and believe me he couldn't even compare to my current boyfriend. I was diagnosed with PCOS 7 yrs ago and never had vaginal dryness. I am only 27 and the CAH is the only thing that makes any sense why this is happening to me. I have an appt. with my endocrinologist in a couple of weeks and will ask about this. If you find out more info before then let me know and I will let you know what I find out. Meanwhile I can completely relate to what you are going through and keep on your doctors because you know your body best. Do not let them tell you nothing is wrong. I work in a hospital and believe me you are your best advocate.
