Heather, Thank you for your response.  My endocrinologist told me the reason he prescribed the med to be taken at night is because that is when the ACTH production is high.  My concern is that the dex is only treating my symptoms but isn't given me the cortisol that I am missing.  It seems like the dex keeps the symptoms away but I still don't have much energy.  Any thoughts?
