I would also be concerned with the oversuppression. Ask your doc if you can cut the pills in half and recheck your hormones in a month or two. This is exactly what my doc did for me and everything is within normal ranges on the lower dose. From my understanding the whole point is to get your hormones balanced, not to lower some and get rid of others if you know what I mean. My cortisol level was 1.3 on the .5mg of dex and my doc was very concerned about this level. I would keep on your doc about this or seek info from another doc if you need to. Hope this helps.
