hi there, i have twins that were diagnosed when they were three. they are now 11. they both have cah and i also have a 8 year old with the same cah.
its a shocking time as its so uncommon you cant really talk to any body about it because people wont understamnd. yes your son should be tested and at the age of eight your daughter wouold be very lucky if she has not showed signs of going into puberty or have a severe advancedment of bone age, it wont sink in for a long time . its taken me 6 years to come to terms with all what is going on and i still have my bad days
