I don't have any experience with hydrocortison, but with dex. I had too many side effects from dexamethason and probably will be trying methylprednisolon soon. It is supposed to be a long-lasting cortison as well but just not as heavy-duty as dexamethason. Hopefully it will do the job and keep the androgens at normal level.
