re: re: Devastating Doctors Appointment
Sep. 30th, 2007   10:53am

I will never give up.  As long as there is still breath in me I will fight for my life.    I knew going into the appointment that my not elevated  17-OH level meant I did not  have the common form of the disorder.  My endo set this appointment up for me and I thought they would test for the other varietis of the disorder but apparently they do not do that.  The other possibility is I have addisons disease but then I must be very unlucky because I have addisons and an  unidenifiable androgen disorder with a full beard , irregular periods my whole life often going months and months without one, short stature and  enodmetrial hyperplasia with precancer cells at the age of 30.   I do not like taking these steroids and not knowing what is wroing with me.  I love life it is a gift and I will always fight for that.  Megan keep fighting too.
