I suggest that you see a gynecologist. There are several things that can cause those symptoms. PCOS is the most common, but to diagnose that, they should do testing to rule out other things, like NCAH. The test for the most common kind of NCAH is 17 hydroxyprogesterone (not ACTH). Hope this helps.
