Just out of curiosity, what are the symptoms of LOCAH? My 8 month old daughter was diagnosed with SWCAH at 10 days old when we almost lost her to what we now know was her first adrenal crisis. As I've researched the disease I have read little bits about the LOCAH, but not paid too much attention to it as it's not really what we're dealing with in my family. But I have caught that being a carrier of CAH and having LOCAH have similar symptoms. I have had VERY irregular periods my whole life (my last cycle was 109 days long), I struggled with conception for my second child (had fertility testing done and I was an unexplainable case of infertility, had some PCOS symptoms, but not enough to put that diagnosis on me), I have always struggled with energy (I never have enough, but that could just be life as a teacher and mother of two little girls). Nothing that I'm too concerned about, but just curious. Thanks.
