I suggest you call back and ask to speak to your dr's nurse. She can then go over the results with you. If it was the test as you described, it was the dex suppression test for Cushing's, so if it was normal, it means you don't have Cushing's. This test has nothing to do with LOCAH. You must have had a high cortisol level on a previous test for him to check this. Was any other testing done, like 17 OHP levels?
