Even though your 17 ohp is high, it is not high enough to be diagnostic of 21 hydroxylase deficiency (the most common form of LOCAH). It must go over 1000 on the stim test for the diagnosis. The 17 preg is significantly high, but I don't know what the level must be to be diagnostic of 3 Beta deficiency (a rarer form of LOCAH). Is your DHEAS very high? That goes along with 3 Beta. The high cortisol level is why you were tested for Cushings. With LOCAH, you would expect the cortisol levels to be low or normal, not high. Were you sick that day or under unusual stress? I don't know of any other reason why it should be high.
