mjak, one day at a time...we all have good and bad days, and I sympathize with you.I really do know what it is like to start a med and feel better only to stop..you know what I do..I try to think of different things and take my mind off of "whats going to happen" sometimes I read a book and really get into it..find things that will help relieve the nervous. take care..let us know how things go
