I have had 2 different doctors(endo) diagnose my with LOCAH and did not know the proper treatment (I cant handle steriods or bcp). I went to albany medical (teaching hospital) and the endo I recently seen there said in his opinion he doesn't think I have LOCAH (and that was just by looking at me) I already know I have PCOS and I'm here because of my diagnosis and due to the fact I constantly dont feel well. He reviewed the lab and said that the results argue the diagnosis. I'm soo confused, If anyone has any info I would appreciate it.
PS what do they look for in a 24hour urine..(I'm still waiting those results)
