It is very true that everyone's body reacts differently to meds. It's hard to tell if you would have side effects or not until you try it. I am currently on .25mg and definetly feel better. I believe it has slowed the hair growth but has not completly stopped. If you do find any natural alternatives that work please post it because I have also struggled with the thought of being on a steriod my whole life.
