I am a strong proponent of homeopathic and herbal rememdies. I have LOCAH and use them myself. Since she is so young, though, I would reccommend taking her to see an Alternative Medicine Physician. You don't want to do anything that could damage her young organs or prevent her them from functioning correctly later on in life.
