I unfortunately doN't have an answer to the surgery question, but instead had a question for you.
Did you have alopecia as a symptom before your LOCAH diagnosis? Once you were treated with dexamethasone, did your hair return back to normal or did it only stop the hair loss or slow it down? Thanks in advance for any info, and i hope someone on here will be able to answer your question:)
