No, because you can also have LOCAH without having a deficit in cortisol levels. I do have LOCAH and my cortisol levels are normal. it's the androgens that are high:(....you described hair growth on your stomach which can also be due to the high androgens (hirsutism). Which thyroid level was elevated? Was it the TSH? If so, did your doc do more thyroid levels like free T3 and T4 to rule out hypothyroidism?..hypothyroidism can cause fatigue etc....
