This site explains metanephrine pretty well -- http://www.labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/urine_metanephrine/test.html
It's a test for adrenal tumors. Low metanephrine means you probably don't have one. Though it's not an absolutely reliable test for drawing conclusions from.
For your acth test, there should be before and after results for the various hormones. If the lab reports mention your dhea and testosterone levels, you might check them against the normal ranges at the bottom of these pages -- http://www.aruplab.com/guides/ug/tests/0070199.jsp for dhea http://www.aruplab.com/guides/ug/tests/0070040.jsp for dhea-s (dhea-sulphate) http://www.aruplab.com/guides/ug/tests/0081056.jsp for testosterone
What's "normal" depends on your age. It's better to look it up yourself instead of giving up your medical privacy by posting your levels and asking someone else.
