I just saw an article that says now they've decided that vitamin D levels over 20 are considered ok. You still have a ways to go, so keep drinking that milk, but according to that, my daughter is ok. Her level was 29 and the lab results said it needs to be 32 or over. The new report said that with the old standard (32), most people would be considered deficient.
