I took Dex until we found out I was having baby girl and then we switch to predizone(spelling?).  Dex crosses through to the baby but predisone does not.  If I understand it correctly.  But if you are having a boy then you do not have to continue on a steroid unless you want to and then you should probaly go with predisone.  But I would recommend going with a doctor that has had patients that are pregnant and have had CAH.  My doctor was a specilist and had tons of patients with CAH and I had a really good experience.  Good Luck
