I am taking 1.0 mg of dexmethasone. I think this is a small amount of meds to be taking, but my weight doesn't seem to be decreasing, no matter what I do. I am a very small eater and not a big snacker. If I do snack, it's usually a piece of fruit or carrots. I have not change my eating habit, since high school, and have always ate healthy. (my moms a health food nut). Does anyone if this is too much steriods to be taking or have any other ideas of controlling their weight gain or loss?
