Ok, had new blood work done, has been almost a year since the last time. I fasted for the 8-10 hours prior (ended up actually being about 12) They are repeating the blood work in 3 months for follow up. They are keeping me on 5mg Prednisone a day & added 50mg Spironolacto 2 times a day. What do you all think? I am still unhappy with these doctors of mine. Seems like they do a lot of guessing & not a lot of follow up or what I really want to know is how are they so sure it is Late Onset CAH & not something else? Cushing, etc. This will be long, but I am posting ALL the results :)

REFERENCE LAB RESULTS C-Peptide=3.6 H (Range is 0.8-3.1 I am noted as HIGH) FSH, Serum=7.5 LH, Serum=12.6 Prolactin, Serum=11.2 Cortisol, Total, Serum=13.5 (This is in the normal range, odd. Last test it was 12) 17-OH-Pregnenolone, Serum=322 (Again in normal, last test was 213) Insulin, Serum=11 Testosterone, Total=97 (Marked HIGH. Normal range is 2-45) Testosterone, %, Free=2.12 (Marked HIGH. Normal range is 0.50-2.00) Testosterone, Free=20.6 (Marked HIGH. Normal range is 0.1-6.4 Was 7.5 last test) DHEA Sulfate=154 17-OH-Progesterone, LC/MS/M=637 (Marked HIGH. Not sure of normal for this. Was 424 last test)
