Sorry but I'm so confused, I have the criteria for PCOS namely hirsutism, irregular periods, but now they are telling I have the late onset????
I came through the litreture and I can't find what is the difference bc both could have even high 17HO progesterone, DHEAS, and testosterone even after ACTH stimulation test, so how they can differentiate bc even to diagnose PCOS its not nesessary to have US multiple cysts, so I can find it hardly to differentiate between the two.
