Hi Sinny,

This is a little piece I found a few years ago and I think it could be helpful. I think it is fairly accurate but please anyone chime in if your experience has been different.

LH - will be much higher than the FSH in PCOS .... so conversely....

FSH - will be much lower than the LH in PCOS

OESTRADIOL - usually high in those with PCOS, normal in mild CAH

TESTOSTERONE - high in PCOS, normal in mild CAH

FREE TESTOSTERONE - normal in mild CAH, high in PCOS

DHEA-S - normal in PCOS, but high in mild CAH

17-HYDROXYPROGESTERONE - normal in PCOS, high in mild CAH

ACTH STIMULATION TEST - test to confirm mild CAH
