Hi Sinny,

17-ohp can be slightly raised in PCOS but rarely would it exceed 30 nmol/L (1,000 ng/dL) as is diagnostic for Non Classic CAH. Do you know what your baseline and stimulated levels of 17-ohp were?

Also PCOS does occur quite frequently in people with CAH.
