I'm not sure what you're confused about. From these lab results, it clearly looks like LOCAH to me (very high 17 oh progesterone--by the way, just "progesterone" is different, so you need to be specific about which one you are referring to). If you had Cushings, your cortisol would be very high. And since your testosterone is still high, it makes sense that they are adding the spiro.
