Well, you are right that your labs indicate that you are not properly being suppressed. The high C peptide may indicate that you are developing insulin resistance. The even higher 17 ohp and testosterone levels show that the steroid is not doing its job in suppressing your adrenals. Adding the spiro should help reduce the testosterone. I can understand why they don't want to increase your pred dose. You're already on a pretty high dose for LOCAH. Next time you are checked, I suggest you ask if you can be switched to dex, which is a stronger, longer lasting steroid. Good luck!
