Were the units for ACTH pg/mL? If so, Lab Corp's reference range goes up to 48. Don't know why they would be so different. My daughter's results have been 57 and 82. From what I've read, the levels for adrenal insufficiency are at least 100 and usually much higher. I don't know what it means if they are high, but not extremely high.
