ACTH to Mjak and Kat ...

The only other unit of measurement that I know of, for ACTH, other than pg/ml is pmol/L and the reference range for that is around 2.0 - 11.4 pmol/L so I am not too sure what unit of measurement 28 would be.

ACTH levels can go very high into several thousands when adrenal insufficiency is very severe. I had a few readings in 2001 at around 1,250 pg/ml and with that I was very unwell and pigmented.
