LOCAH, Anxiety, Birth Control Pills Dec. 27th, 2007 11:58pm
Hello,
After reading through these boards, it's interesting seeing others with LOCAH and anxiety such as myself. I've suffered from anxiety my entire life. The worst I ever suffered was when I was on birth control pills. I actually developed panic disorder and agoraphobia. I felt like I was on a different planet for 6 months, every doctor told me it coudn't be from the BCP's, but it was.. Interestingly, when I took dex. my anxiety was not altered. I'd love to hear of stories from people whose anxiety decreased from dex. At this point, even though, I had no side effects from dex when I took it 6 years ago, I am now deathly afraid to go back on because I'm scared of developing panic disorder again (even though that was from BCPs).
