M1, I was wondering how much and how often do you take the Cortef? I've been trying to convince my endo that this would be a better med for me rather than the dex. The dex helps with headaches and nausea but doesn't help my anxiety or lack of energy. In fact I believe the dex suppresses certain hormones but doesn't give me the cortisol that I am lacking. I have had symptoms for 25yrs and was finally diagnosed almost a yr ago. Anyhow the dex helps some but I would like to know more about cortef because it seems to be a better treatment.
