I would recommend going off the BCP and anti-anxiety meds. When I stopped taking the BCP's my severe anxiety went away. Now, I just have my usual anxiety. I've also had terrible anxiety since I was a child.
I've struggled with my weight my entire life. My weight has never been stable. It just increases, then I diet and lose, and when I go off the diet my weight goes up again.
