Thanks for responding to my post. My daughter and I are so scared of this CAH and all the testing you should see us. At least her drs at Children's Endo are very sympathetic to the both of us. I really love how they show their caring in this ordeal for us. My daughter is on YAZ bcp right now and they tell her she can take this with her dex meds. They didn't say anything about it affecting her anxiety so now I am really scared. You should see me when she has an anxiety attack. I try to stay strong, but in reality I am going through it right along with her. It's an awful feeling. I keep telling myself I should call her dr and ask what would happen if she does not start these meds? How important is it that she take these meds? What are the effects of not ever treating this CAH? I guess my biggest question is why was this not diagnosed earlier? What signs have I been missing?
Kimberly
