Some say moodiness goes along with cah along with anxiety and even aggression (you can look at the archive posts and see that it is pretty common, but I don't think that researchers have offically linked it with cah). I did experience this but I was finally diagnosed with borderline bipolar disorder at 16. At seven I had really bad acne and went into braces as well my teeth were older than me like my bones), but I don't remember a lot of facial hair growth and I have dark brown hair. I did start shaving my legs at 9 because I was a dancer and dark leg hair shows. Everyone with this disease experiences different symptoms due to their hormone levels. I can tell you that Ieven came off meds for about 7 years, but was then put back on.
The best advice that I can give you is when you daughter is experiences symptoms or something happens, write down, so when you see the doctor you can fill him/her in on what it is going on. Also my mom alway tryed to awnser my questions as best she knew how. Creating that open dialogue helped. My personality didn't change, I was still me.
I hope this helps and explore CARES cause they have some great resourses that you can tap into. Also have your daughter to talk to some people with the disease as well. That way she can see she is not alone. Also check out the kids board.
