Diagnosed with "Partial 21 Hydroxylase Deficiency" Questions?! Mar. 6th, 2008 7:09pm
Today, I was DX w/ a partial 21-hydroxylase deficiency.. which I googled and LOCAH came up. There isn't that much info about this so I would love to be informed? Also, they showed I have over 80 cysts on my ovaries but didn't say I was PCOS. She prescribed me 150mg of Spironolactone per day and Yaz birth control. Does this seem right? Does anyone else know the benefits of Spiro? Thanks!
