I have a son w/salt wasting CAH. I have had symptoms for years and years. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue before he was even born. My morning cortisols are always on the low end of normal. I just had a ACTH test and am now on cortef for life. You need to see an endocrinologist who is willing to do the ACTH test....
