Try caresfoundation.org for information. Sometimes LOCAH causes PCOS; I assume that's what you have if you have LOCAH and also have cysts. Cysts are not a symptom of LOCAH by itself that I know of. Spiro is an antiandrogen, so it will reduce your testosterone levels and decrease your symptoms such as acne and hirsutism. Starting with Yaz and spiro is certainly a valid treatment; if that doesn't help, you may need to try very low amounts of a steroid. Hope this helps.
