My doctor called me today to briefly discuss the results of my blood test. She said everything seems pretty normal, but there were a few levels that seemed a little high - nothing too worrisome, but she mentioned perhaps a connection to PCOS and said birth control would be the best first step.
I don't have any of the actual numbers from the results, but will definitely get a copy when I go back to the office. Thanks so much for all the insight; I finally feel like I've taken a giant leap in a worthwhile direction. Take care!
