Just a quick question!

You mention that your 17-ohp was 89. I assuming that was a baseline test? Did you have an ACTH stimulation test done by any chance as sometimes even with a very  normal 17-ohp the ACTH challenge can reveal abnormal responses?

I think if your endo wants to recheck it, then that's good - but perhaps mention the ACTH test this time. Also follow through with the doctor on the same question you asked here about the other enzyme deficiency checks, which Kat has answered.

Hopefully he looked at more than just 17-ohp; things like testosterone, androstenedione, DHEA's and cortisol too.
