Did you say that you were started on Yaz and spiro at the same time? If that's the case, then it's impossible to tell which one is causing the problems. I would stop the spiro and see how you do on just the Yaz. Take it one step at a time. You may need a glucocorticoid, but the current thinking is to avoid them if possible.
As far as redoing the bloodwork, I suppose it's not necessary, assuming you did have a stim test and the results were convincing, not borderline.
As far as the dex dose, are you sure it was 2.5 mg, not .25? The typical dose for LOCAH would be .25.
Good luck. Definately don't stay on that high a dose of spiro if it makes you feel that bad.
