Have they completely checked your pituitary? If you are not producing ACTH like you should, you would have a lack of cortisol
My AM COrtisols were always "normal" and 17-OHP was Normal.l I had the cortrosyn sttim test, and after 15 years, they finally figured out that I am cortisol deficient and am not a huge hypochondriac.
