I was reading the archives and someone stated that even though we have Locah and we aren't salt-wasters, we should have a medic bracelet. One doctor advised because if we are on Dex, it will trick our body not to produce what we need in a high stress situation and we will have a crisis. Is there any truth to this? Do you wear one? Has anyone w/ Locah had a crisis?
