I'm on .5 mg of Dexamethasone every night. I was told that this is such a dose is not strong enough to cause the side effects. However the stretch marks just came around in the last month or two. I had been tried on .5mg every other night a while back but the "numbers" went back into a range that wasn't right. Do you think this dose could in fact cause the side effects? Is this a choice being having to be tired or irritable? I don't know about the "Cortef"? How about something I just read about being on birth control instead of a steroid?
