If you have LOCAH, from what I know, you couldn't be a salt waster. However, deciding on wearing a bracelet depends on your results from your ACTH Stim test, your defective genes and depending whether or not you are on Dex or any other steriod. That it what I was told from the experts at NIH. My 2nd daughter does not wear one because her defective genes are of the two mildest and she has no symptoms and is not on any medications. However, my two other children's defective genes and a bit worse, did a little worse on the ACTH stim test, thus proving that they do not make enough Cortisol even under stress. They are not on meds either. However they do wear medical alert bracelets in case of traumas because their bodies would not make enough Cortisol and they would probably go into an adrenal crisis.
