You may still need thyroid.  I was put on thyroid and didn't tolerate it at all.  The endo that I finally went to told me that if your adrenals aren't working, you have to get treated for that before you can tolerate the thyroid.

For the first month and a half on thyroid, I was much more tired than usual and felt lousy, but I kept with it and I am feeling a little better.  I have had fatigue for over 15 years.....

I am now taking hydrocortisone and thyroid.  If you need thyroid, give it a try.
