Out of control weight!! HELP!! May. 18th, 2008 10:34pm
Hi everyone. I have LOCAH and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. My endo has taken me off of my dex and spirolactone due to adverse side effects. Ever since then, my weight and facial hair has gone out of control. He put me on the pill and now I have gained 20 lbs in 1 month. I can't exercise due to having 2 herniated discs in my back. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this weight off. I need to lose 60 lbs. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!! Help!! Doctor's are clueless on how to help us.
