I would say that if its not broken don't fix it.  If you are not suffering from other symptoms, then you are fine.

When you get married and want to get pregnant then maybe go to an endo for advice.  Depending on how old you are now, maybe go to an endo for a stim test just to see where you are, but I don't see where there is a rush.  I'm 48yrs old, and did not know I had LOCAH until 2yrs ago.  Had 3 children with no problems, suffered all kinds of small traumas with no adrenal failures.  But, of course, I wish I would have known what all these little problems I had were from.  See what other people post.
