Hi there, just wanted to let you know that yes, some of those with locah can develop an enlarged clitoris. Mine had begun to grow by the time I was 4, I do remember going to the doc to have a looksy, but he said it was normal. My mom thought I hit it in my brother's bike.
I think it depends on the genes you carry or how they are manifesting. I do have one classic gene and one nonclassic. A deletion and the P30L mutation. From what I understand they P30L mutation was once considered classic, and now it's not. So maybe for whatever reason, that's why mine was enlarged. I also had an umbilical hernia surgery, followed by pneumonia when I was 2 months, I do wonder if the stress of that triggered an earlier onset in me.
Probably if you don't get treated it will get larger. I think mine did, but I had the size reduced when I was about 25. I'm 39 now.
Can't say that I would change a thing though. At the time I had zero self esteem and felt awkward. Still fight those demons to this day.
If I had known to count it as a blessing, I may not have felt so awkard about it.
