For me the ovaries were left intact!

I couldn't have a vaginal hysterectomy because I had never given birth and there wasn't enough stretch of the cervix, so had to have the lower pelvic hyster. I can understand perhaps some loss of sensation after the hyster but very strange why  the large clitoris all but diappeared?

I must admit I was so relieved that the symptoms I was having prior to the hysterectomy had gone that it took me quite awhile to realise about these other things! Duh! Slow learner obviously.......Unlike you who was in a hurry to find out if everything worked -- very funny M1!
