I highly recommend the laser although I can't speak to whether the results "hold" if the underlying situation isn't addressed. I was also able to "pluck" but it would be endless.
I am curious about the combo of LOCAH and Hashimotos. My sister once suspected to have Hashimotos, didn't think she tested positive for LOCAH when I first learned of mine, but she's now suffering from migranes, irradict periods (even on birth control-- one that had worked for her was discontinued). She's going to have to check her genetic tests but thinks it had been ruled out (having CAH).
